As the year winds down, Corporate Screening wishes you a happy holiday season. The end of the year is often a time of reflection, and as we look back, 2015 was a momentous year for Corporate Screening. It was a year of progress, improvement and new offerings.
 
And now we would like to share with you a few of our favorite things from 2015.
 
 
Today’s ever-changing world centers around technology. It’s not enough to develop something then sit back and rest on your laurels. CS regularly reviews and evaluates our technology and processes, in order to make improvements.
 
This summer we embarked on a major technology overhaul that will enhance the efficiency of system processes and improve user experience. This is a major undertaking, and in the fall we dove in with an in-depth study of each component and facet of our business in order to determine where we need to improve and how to do it.
 
 

 

In January, Corporate Screening rolled out our newly redesigned website, www.CorporateScreening.com. With an updated, responsive design and a fresh look, users are able to find what they are looking for even faster than ever.

 

And we are not stopping here – look for more updates and changes coming in 2016!
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Onboarding make the hiring process easier and saves time, freeing HR professionals for other important projects and tasks. Integrating background screening with the ATS and Onboarding creates even more efficiency. Corporate Screening's customizable integration solutions offer options designed to meet each organization's unique needs.
 
In 2015 CS enhanced and added to our integration portfolio. Our experienced integrations team developed new background integrations with industry leading platforms iCIMS, Technomedia and Workday. They also provided their guidance as more organizations integrated Corporate Screening’s first-of-its-kind background screening solution with Oracle Taleo Acquisition Cloud (formerly known as Taleo Enterprise Edition), part of the Oracle Talent Management Cloud.
 
 
 
Our most recent integration lets users manage their backgrounds, Form I-9s and E-Verify all from within the same platform. Offering employers the flexibility to initiate the I-9 and E-Verify process at the point during onboarding that best works for them, this intuitive platform is easy to use. And all conveniently integrated with the EASE case management system.
In the spring, Corporate Screening announced the roll out of our Support Tracking System. The system was designed so that we could better communicate with customers and resolve requests as rapidly as possible, all while keeping customers informed by assigning a Client Support team member to each issue. 
 
 
In 2015, we rolled out new features and enhancements that made our paperless drug screening process even easier for both employers and candidates. A one-of-a-kind mobile wallet feature means that the drug test form can be accessed directly from the candidate’s smart phone, and offers integrated features with phone calendars and mapping services. 
 
The improvements also make ordering easier and faster - with a single sign-in, clients can order and schedule the drug screening without leaving EASE. And the large network of national drug testing laboratories mean that there are even more drug screening collection sites from which to choose.
In 2015 Corporate Screening developed a bigger presence on social media. We regularly share updates about important alerts, industry and company news, blogs and more on our Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter sites. 

 

We are also proud of our growing collection of videos, available for viewing on our website as well as on our YouTube channel. Featuring company history, information about products and services, and more, we invite you to take a look and find out more about us!

 
The CS education webinar series in 2015 was expanded to offer training on new products, education on topics such as Compliance, and information about new products and services. Most recently, partner Acuity Cloud Solutions and Corporate Screening jointly hosted an Oracle Taleo webinar.
 
Corporate Screening also participated in background screening seminars, and our knowledgeable team served as subject matter experts at the HR Executive Summit in October, facilitating small group discussions about background screening services and compliance.

In 2015, Corporate Screening was once again recognized as a Hot List backgrounds screening provider by Workforce Magazine. This year marks the sixth consecutive year that Corporate Screening has been included on this list.

This time of the year is one in which we give thanks for our many blessings. But not everyone is so lucky. And here at Corporate Screening, we believe in giving back and helping those in our community.

In 2015, our organization and employees gave back to the community through donations to worthy organizations, including the Foundation Fighting Blindness as a sponsor of the Cleveland VisionWalk, and a food drive benefitting the SCAN Hunger Center Pantry, which serves the Cleveland, Ohio metro area.
 
CS is proud to work with fine organizations throughout the country.  Our client base is diverse and we work hard to earn the role of friend and trusted advisor, providing background screening programs tailored to meet the needs of some of the nation’s leading businesses, healthcare organizations and schools.
 
Our clients are our colleagues and partners, and we appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for putting your trust in us every day.
Last but definitely not least, our employees are the backbone of the organization. And Corporate Screening is proud to boast that our staff is the most knowledgeable and courteous staff in the industry.

 

We were pleased to announce in January that company veteran Quinn McConkey was promoted to the position of Account Manager. Her focus in this position is to maintain and develop key client relationships.

 

In October, Quality & Compliance Manager Kevin Neudecker passed the exam to renew his FCRA Advanced Certification, administered by the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). The certification is intended for background screening professionals in leadership positions, and those who set compliance policy and make compliance decisions.
